These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire binding agreement between you and jillibb governing your access to and use of the jillibb platform, including all games, payment services, promotions, and support channels. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the jillibb platform are denominated exclusively in Philippine Pesos (₱). jillibb does not accept or pay out in foreign currencies. Players are responsible for any conversion costs incurred through their chosen payment provider if their source account is held in a foreign currency.
All bonus credits, free spins, and promotional rewards are subject to wagering requirements specified at the time of the promotion. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied. jillibb reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion is suspected.

Players may request account closure or self-exclusion at any time through the jillibb account settings or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. jillibb is committed to responsible gaming and will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly and without penalty to the player.
By accessing, registering for, or otherwise using the jillibb platform — including the website at jillibb.one, any associated mobile-optimised pages, and all games, services, and features offered thereon — you ("the Player," "you," "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), the jillibb Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other policies, rules, and guidelines incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

3.1 Age Requirement

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. jillibb reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement is not met.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the jillibb platform complies with applicable local laws in your jurisdiction. jillibb makes no representation that the services provided are appropriate or lawful in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
3.3 Account Registration
To access jillibb's real-money gaming features, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number or valid email address, and date of birth. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any change occurs. jillibb reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.
3.4 One Account Policy
Each individual person may hold only one active Account on the jillibb platform. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities for the same person — is strictly prohibited. jillibb uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jillibb may suspend all associated accounts, void all pending and historical wagers, and forfeit all balances, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals.
KYC Verification: jillibb reserves the right to request KYC identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or following any change in account activity patterns. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, driver's license, and passport.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jillibb Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. jillibb will never ask you for your password through any communication channel.
You must notify jillibb customer support immediately upon becoming aware of, or having reason to suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. jillibb will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials or from your failure to report unauthorised access in a timely manner.
You agree not to share your Account access with any third party, including family members. All wagers and transactions conducted through your Account are deemed to have been authorised by you. Where there is evidence of Account sharing, jillibb may suspend the Account pending investigation.
All deposits to your jillibb Account must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. jillibb does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. jillibb supports the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction in the jillibb cashier. jillibb does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which remain your responsibility.
jillibb reserves the right to decline, reverse, or investigate any deposit that appears to be inconsistent with your account history or that raises concerns under jillibb's anti-money laundering procedures. Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and are not commingled with jillibb's operational funds.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: jillibb complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Unusual deposit patterns, large single deposits, or multiple deposits from different sources may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures, including requests for source-of-funds documentation.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name that have been previously used to deposit to your jillibb Account, or to a bank account verified in your name through KYC documentation. jillibb does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Before processing any withdrawal, jillibb may require completion of KYC identity verification, including submission of government-issued Philippine identification documents and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to completion of required KYC procedures will be held pending verification.
jillibb aims to process e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) banking business day. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or during periods of high transaction volume. jillibb is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider.
jillibb reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, request additional documentation, or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
jillibb may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and time limits.
7.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable real money. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits applicable to each bonus are set out in the individual promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot contributions are typically 100%, while live dealer and table game contributions may be lower or zero.
7.2 Bonus Abuse
jillibb operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using systematic wagering strategies to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent, providing false information to obtain a promotion, and colluding with other Players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is detected, jillibb may void all associated bonus funds, wagers, and winnings, and may suspend or permanently close the Account.
7.3 Promotional Changes
jillibb reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments made to Players who have already claimed a promotion in good faith.
All games offered on the jillibb platform — including but not limited to online slots, live dealer baccarat, live dealer blackjack, roulette, bingo, fishing games, and video poker — are governed by individual game rules communicated within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
All game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical outcomes conducted in real-time by qualified dealers. jillibb does not manipulate game outcomes. Certified RTP (Return to Player) figures for each game are available within the game information panel.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game error during an active wager, jillibb's system will attempt to recover the game state. Where recovery is not possible, jillibb reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. This is jillibb's sole obligation in such circumstances. jillibb will not be liable for any additional loss claimed to have resulted from a technical failure.
Malfunction Voids All Pays and Plays: In the event of a confirmed game software malfunction, jillibb reserves the right to void the relevant game round and associated payouts, regardless of the outcome displayed to the Player at the time of the error.
The jillibb sportsbook offers wagering on a range of sports and events including, but not limited to, the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), NBA, international football leagues, boxing, mixed martial arts (including UFC), and PAGCOR-regulated e-sabong events.
All bets are accepted subject to jillibb's right to refuse or limit wagers at its sole discretion. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, odds are fixed at the time of acceptance unless otherwise stated (e.g., in-play events).
In the event of an event cancellation, postponement beyond the declared settlement date, or result uncertainty, jillibb reserves the right to void bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. Settlement of all sports bets is based on official results published by the relevant governing body. jillibb's settlement decisions are final.
jillibb reserves the right to void any sports bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, inside information, or any form of irregular betting activity. jillibb cooperates fully with relevant Philippine and international sports integrity organisations in investigating suspicious betting patterns.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillibb platform. Players found to be engaged in any of the following may have their Accounts suspended or permanently closed, all associated balances and bonuses voided, and relevant information reported to Philippine authorities where required:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jillibb platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jillibb content without the express prior written consent of jillibb.
Any unauthorised use of jillibb intellectual property may result in immediate account suspension and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jillibb, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of or inability to use the jillibb platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jillibb's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law. In all other circumstances, jillibb's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jillibb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, jillibb may forfeit all balances and bonus funds held in the Account. Upon voluntary account closure by the Player, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's last verified payment method within a reasonable period.
Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting jillibb customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, the Player agrees to contact jillibb customer support in writing to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jillibb will acknowledge all formal written complaints within five (5) business days and will endeavour to resolve complaints within 30 business days of receipt. Where resolution cannot be reached through jillibb's internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority.
jillibb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the jillibb website with an updated Effective Date. Where changes are material, jillibb will endeavour to notify registered Players by email or in-platform notification with reasonable advance notice.
Your continued use of the jillibb platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
